Are you or your managing agent licensed for Rent Smart Wales?
Launched a year ago, from 23rd Nov 2016 the initiative has now moved into the compliance stage and anyone caught flouting the law could be fined.
In order to avoid a penalty you must ensure that either you are licensed if you manage your own properties, or your managing agent is. Unbelievably some agents have not even submitted an application for a licence yet. Shouldn't you be concerned if they care so little about your legal requirements?
