Tenant Introduction with Rent Collection – If you are confident enough to manage the property yourself, but need a little help with the formal side of things, this might be the service for you.
Tenancy ‘baby sitting’ service – A temporary full management service designed for landlords who manage their own properties but need temporary cover while they take a holiday, spend time in hospital or just need a break.
Key Holder Service – For landlords that manage their own properties but perhaps live away and just need help giving access to their property from time to time.
